Eczema Relief - One-to-One Consultation Options

Eczema, which ever type, is a multifactorial condition that can result in low mood and constant pain for many sufferers. My personalised programme focuses on supporting the areas that have been identified as possible causes for this chronic condition including skin and gut health, inflammation and allergies and intolerances, amongst others.

In my decade of working with clients with eczema my experience is that no two cases are alike. Our work together will involve using your vast knowledge of how your own skin (or that of the child in your care) reacts, coupled with my nutrition and lifestyle knowledge. 

Please note, in order to provide my one-to-one clients with the time and attention they deserve, I only take on 4 new clients per month.  I am currently taking bookings for May 2023.

Eczema Relief Programme (eligible from over 2 years of age) - £1,685 including tests - £999 excluding tests
This programme includes testing for swift analysis of which factors may be contributing to the eczema flares for either yourself or a child in your care.  The package is available with or without testing included: 
  • A G1360 stool test, organic acid test and a zonulin test * – to be undertaken ahead of the initial consultation. Please allow a month for the test results to be available before scheduling your initial consultation.
  • An initial consultation lasting 90 minutes.
  • Analysis of the case and test result interpretation.
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Recipes adapted to the personalised recommendations.
  • Free access to my Eczema Relief Membership including access to tools such as my ‘Unleash the Change’ habit change course and live and recorded Masterclasses.
  • Access to my client portal and chat function. Response to questions in between consultations.
  • 7 follow-up consultations lasting 45 minutes.
  • Weekly check-ins via form and email.
  • Programme revision following each phase of the programme implementation.
Programme valid for 6 months from the date of the initial consultation. ​

GI360 + Zonulin + H Pylori
GI360 Complete includes a broad range of stool chemistry markers to assess digestion/absorption, inflammation, immunology, short chain fatty acids and intestinal health markers including beta-glucuronidase.  Also includes zonulin (which measures intestinal wall permeability) and H pylori.

Organic Acid Test (OAT)
Great Plains organic acid test includes 76 urinary metabolites that provide a comprehensive snapshot of a patient’s overall health

If the package with tests is selected, the Instalment payment option will trigger an immediate request for a deposit of £685 to cover the RRP costs of the laboratory tests followed by 4 monthly instalment payments, the first of which must be paid prior to the initial consultation. Programme cancellations - programme purchases can be cancelled and fully refunded before the first consultation. Once the initial consultation has taken place the programme is no longer refundable and all instalment payments are due.

My Story

My atopic eczema first flared when I was six months old and despite being told by optimistic dermatologists that I would probably grow out of it at the age of 7... puberty...adulthood... I still have it. 

As a young mum, I finally saw an allergy specialist who really heard me and who confirmed that if touching tomatoes made my made my hands itch and eating eggs left a metallic taste in mouth, then I probably shouldn't be eating them. He transformed my life.  Before you ask, he has since retired, unfortunately.

He so inspired me that I decided to retrain as a Registered Nutritional Therapist so that I could help others in a similar position. I had suffered for years and didn't want others to and in 2021 I completed a Masters of Science with my research project and dissertation focusing on Atopic Eczema specifically. 

Since I first qualified in 2014 I have worked with many clients with different types of eczema. You are all individual with different flare patterns and different triggers but as the testimonials on this site attest, modifying your nutrition, whether to remove triggers or simply eating nutrients to support skin health, can really make a difference.
